Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, together with every purchase completed through it. By browsing the website or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Products and prices

We regularly review our catalogue to keep product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur. We may amend product information, correct mistakes, update prices or remove products from sale at any time without prior notice.

Prices are set in USD. Any other currency shown on the website is provided for convenience only. The amount confirmed at checkout is the final purchase price.

Orders and payment

An order submitted through this website is your offer to buy the selected products. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation e-mail. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example because of pricing errors, payment verification issues, suspected fraud or stock shortages.

• Credit and debit cards are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We never receive or store complete card details.
• Bank transfer: payment instructions are sent separately by our accounting department.
• Cryptocurrency: the amount is calculated at the exchange rate valid when the order is placed.

Discount codes are valid only under their published conditions and generally cannot be combined with other offers. The automatic multi-item discount applies to baskets with two or more units.

Shipping

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, customs, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control.

• DHL, UPS or FedEx: €43.61 per unit.
• International shipping is available to most countries.

Returns and refunds

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned goods should be unused and include all accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging. Please contact us before returning anything so we can send return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned items have been inspected. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake. See the returns policy for details.

Warranty

Where applicable, products carry the manufacturer’s warranty stated on the product page. Warranty claims should include proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Data protection

We process personal data in line with our privacy policy and applicable data-protection law. We collect only what is needed to fulfil orders, provide support, meet legal obligations and, with your consent, send marketing. Personal data is never sold or rented to third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mining Hardware Zone is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of this website or products bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you additional rights.
